The Effect of Interval Training With Resveratrol on Some Apoptotic Indices of the Heart Tissue of Rats With Diabetes Caused by Streptozotocin

Background: Today, diabetes is considered one of the main causes death so that aim this study was to investigate effect interval training with resveratrol on some apoptotic indices hepatocyte tissue in diabetic male rats. Materials and Methods: In experimental trial, 42 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, including saline, diabetic, healthy, supplement, exercise, supplementation+interval exercise (7 mice each group). The program groups treadmill included 3 sessions per week, session 10 sets 1-minute activity started 14 meters minute reached 28 eighth week. BCL2, BAX, CASPASE-3 levels determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits (Zelbio, Germany, Catalog: RK03522, RK03549). Results: CASPASE BAX -3 higher diabetic-saline compared other (P=0.001). Bcl-2 lower comparison mean BAX/BCL2 ratio Interval administration alone or especially intervention combined caused a significant decrease concentrations (P=0.001), while increase BCL-2 concentration (P=0.001) myocyte tissue.
